Meet the Doctor
Dr Lieb, M.D., F.A.A.O.
Dr. Douglas F. Lieb is a fellowship trained retina specialist, limiting his practice to vitreoretinal diseases. He attended Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami, where he received intensive training in diabetic retinal disease and macular degeneration. Dr Lieb received his medical training at the Medical College of Virginia.
Dr. Lieb has been practicing in the Central Florida area for the last 14 years.
Dr. Lieb has been recognized with numerous awards including Richard Michaeux Scholar in Medicine, as well as being elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
He has been published extensively in retinal journals.
